Thirteen people sustained injuries due to aerial firing on New Year's night in the City of Lights, 24 NewsHD TV channel reported 

The injured were shifted to the hospital, according to sources.

They said the children and women are among the injured.

Caught in the act 

Police arrested a drunk man for doing the aerial firing in Lahore.

Garden Town police booked a man for the crime and the SHO said the arrested has a history of violating laws and posting his illegal acts on social media platforms.

In Multan, a man was booked for possessing liquor. In Shekhupura par, a ban on aerial firing was flouted.
