PPP hints at bringing no-trust motion against NA speaker

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Wednesday hinted at introducing a motion of no-confidence against Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to the media men in Islamabad, senior PPP leader Nafeesa Shah said that Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser is biased towards opposition benches and has lost the confidence of the house.

Nafeesa Shah said the Opposition did not like the way the Speaker conducted the parliamentary proceedings as his attitude was non-serious.

The PPP leader further said that the statement of Aviation Minister Sarwar Khan regarding the pilots has caused irreparable damage to the country.

The aviation minister should immediately resign and he should be tried for treason, Nafeesa Shah maintained.
