Karachi’s biggest mobile phone market sealed

The local administration has sealed the biggest mobile phone market in Karachi on the violation of Covid-specific restrictions, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The administration on Saturday was in full gear to implement the standard operating procedures devised for the halt of coronavirus spread. The corona protocols include wearing masks and keeping social distance.

Assistant commissioners in the district south were visiting different places to ensure that Covid norms were fully observed.
Sadar area administrator Sanaullah Kalorr along with army men visited Sadar and sealed a mobile market consisting of 100 shops on the violation of SOPs.
Assistant commissioner Liyari with the help of the army had sealed two transport booking offices and several other shops. He also imposed a fine of Rs32,000 on the violators.

Assistant commissioner Civil Lines Karachi Waleed Baig had closed a spa/salon in the Tauheed area on flouting the SOPs.
Deputy Commissioner South Irshad Ali said that strict action should be taken in order to make people follow the Covid protocols.
