Minister for Interior Affairs Rana Sanaullah Tuesday said alleged that Faisal Vawda conducted the press conference at the behest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan just to frighten the government, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a media talk in Islamabad, he said that Vawda’s prediction about the blood and funerals in the long march was aimed at scaring the government. PTI was utilizing such tactics to bring the government under pressure for accepting its demands, he added.

The minister said that there are confirmed reports that PTI is trying to enter Islamabad with some armed groups.  “No political party can be allowed to destabilize the state through forceful measures,” he stressed.

Rana Sanaullah advised PTI to shun its riotous agenda and sit with other political parties for reaching an amicable political solution.

He claimed that the people has rejected Imran Khan’s long march.

Unfortunately, he said a certain section has become a victim of Imran Khan’s misguidance as he is a victim of madness and misguidance which started with 7 to 8,000 people.

“Only a handful of people were in the march from Lahore and the people of Gujranwala also offered him a cold shoulder while not attending his long march,” he claimed. “The government is not engaged in backdoor dialogues with PTI at any platform,” he said.

The minister said that it is highly condemnable for Imran Khan to welcome martial law if any. “Imran Khan wants to derail the country from the democratic and constitutional path, if this happens, no political party will accept it, he warned.

He said the martial law enforcers have decided as an institution to abide by the constitution.

Rana Sanaullah reiterated that miscreants would not be allowed to enter in Islamabad at any cost.
