Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Member Provincial Assembly of Punjab (MPA) Arshad Javed Warraich has been found a bank defaulter, banking court on Thursday ordered the auction of his property.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PMLN legislator’s property will be auctioned on September 5.
The report said that a recovery claim was filed by JS Bank against MPA Arshad in the banking court. The bank claimed that MPA Arshad had received a loan of Rs21 million against the documents of his land.
It was said in the claim of the bank that MPA Arshad did not return the loan which caused a huge loss to the bank.
After hearing the arguments, the court ordered the auction of MPA’s property on September 05 and appointed the auctioneer for the purpose.
The channel report said that the advertisement for the auction has been displayed.
