Hajj application being received on limited vacant seats: Ministry of Religious Affairs

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has 79000 Hajj applications received till date as successful and over 10,000 new applications were received after extension in the application date, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to spokes person of the Ministry, it has been decided that application will be received on a first come first serve basis for a few thousand vacant seats and the process will be stopped once the quota is completed. 

The applicants have been advised to obtain computerized receipt from the concerned bank after submitting the application. The decision will be made on a "first come first serve" basis based on the date and time entered on the computerized receipt. 

Sponsorship Hajj scheme will continue on first come first served basis and the date of the second installment of Hajj will be announced when the official quota is completed. The Ministry has advised the pilgrims to use "Pak Hajj Mobile App" for further guidance.
