All three sisters of the PTI founder's sit-in protest have entered its second day at the Factory Naka checkpoint, Rawalpindi, demanding access and protesting prison conditions, 24NewsHD TV reported on Wednesday.
A heavy contingent of police remained deployed at the site to manage the situation and maintain security.

Speaking to the media, Dr Uzma Khan claimed that the PTI founder has been held in solitary confinement “for four weeks,” calling it a violation of law.
“Keeping anyone in solitary confinement for more than four days is a criminal act,” added Noreen Khanam.
Dr Uzma questioned how a person could endure such treatment: “If you lock someone in a room for even two days, imagine what they go through.”
The sisters warned that they would no longer tolerate further solitary confinement, vowing to continue their protest.
“If an independent judiciary is restored, cases will be filed against those responsible,” Noreen Khanam said.
They further stated that if authorities attempt to place Imran Khan in solitary confinement again, they “will not remain silent.”
“Those doing all this will themselves end up in jails,” Dr Uzma remarked.
