Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Faryal Talpur’s daughter, Ayesha Talpur, was married to Syed Shabiul Hassan at a wedding ceremony held at Bilawal House on Friday evening.
The event was attended by close family members and a number of prominent political figures from across the country.
President Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari were present at the ceremony, along with senior party leaders and relatives from both families. Wedding festivities were underway at Bilawal House as guests continued to arrive late on Friday night.
Several high-profile personalities participated in the ceremony, including Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, Senate Chairman Yusuf Raza Gilani and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi. Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider and Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Faisal Mumtaz Rathore also attended the wedding.
A large number of members of the Sindh Assembly and provincial ministers were among the guests, reflecting the political significance of the event. The ceremony was marked by a close-knit family gathering alongside the presence of senior political leadership, as congratulations poured in for the newlywed couple.
