Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Sialkot owner Hamza Majeed said that he will take all out steps to bring investment in cricket infrastructure in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Hamza Majeed said the revival of community cricket in Sialkot was his foremost priority. He said the Jinnah Stadium would undergo revamping and upgradation.
Hamza Majeed said cricket infrastructure would receive substantial investment and that local players would remain the first priority. He added that contacts with foreign players were also under way.
He said Sialkot would serve as the team’s home ground and that local talent would be given preference.
