Kendall Jenner has sparked fresh debate online after finally addressing long-standing rumours about her appearance and alleged plastic surgery, offering a rare and detailed clarification in a recent podcast appearance.

The 30-year-old supermodel appeared on the In Your Dreams podcast, where she spoke openly about years of speculation surrounding her face, especially following recent confessions by other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

While sisters Kylie and Khloé Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner have publicly acknowledged undergoing cosmetic procedures, Kendall insisted her experience has been very different.

“I’m not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven’t had work,” Kendall said. “There’s a whole world on the internet that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction. I’m just here to tell you the truth.”

She firmly denied having any plastic surgery on her face, stating that she has never had a nose job or any surgical cosmetic procedure.

Kendall acknowledged that even she sometimes understands why people speculate, saying that when she looks at older photos, she can see subtle changes herself.

“I would believe the theories if I wasn’t me,” she admitted, before clarifying that natural ageing, growing into her features, and past acne treatments may explain the difference in her appearance over time.

However, Kendall did admit to undergoing minimal cosmetic enhancements. She revealed she has had two rounds of “baby Botox” in her forehead, describing it as the only Botox she has ever tried.

She added that she did not particularly enjoy the results and prefers having natural facial movement.

The model also spoke about skin treatments she has used to manage acne and scarring, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) microneedling, often referred to as the “vampire facial.”

She confirmed having PRP injections in areas such as crow’s feet and smile lines, explaining that the treatment uses a person’s own plasma rather than synthetic fillers.

Kendall criticised social media trends that analyse celebrities’ faces, calling them damaging, especially for young people. She warned that such content can pressure others into unnecessary cosmetic procedures and unrealistic beauty standards.

Despite her openness, the internet response has been mixed, with many social media users remaining sceptical and continuing to share before-and-after comparisons. Still, Kendall maintained that honesty was more important than convincing critics.
