Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday strongly condemned firing on policemen at Tanda Dam in Kohat during which two cops embraced martyrdom, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a condolence message addressed to families of martyred policemen, the Interior Minister said that sacrifices rendered by martyred cops Ghulam Mustafa and Zahid-ur-Rehman will be remembered.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude and courage.
Mohsin Naqvi said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police personnel played vital role to eliminate menace of terrorism from the country.
He assured that sacrifices of KP policemen will be remembered in the war against terrorism.
