People from various walks of life took to the streets across the country to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army against Indian aggression by raising slogans in favour of soldiers who are protecting borders on the front lines, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The public rallies were held in Pasrūr, Gujranwala, Abbottabad and Bannu to condemn the aggression of Indian forces. The rallies were organized by civil society, political and religious leaders, lawyers and youth groups.
In Gujranwala, a large “Fatah rally” was organized by the citizens. They praised the military for defending national pride people shouted slogans against the Indian government. Some participants asserted that Pakistan’s air force had shown the world its capability.
In Pasrur, a large number of people from civil society, lawyers, political leaders, and local citizens gathered to show their support for the armed forces. The participants raised slogans “Pak Army Zindabad”.
Another rally protest was organized by Bannu district administration and the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) against Indian aggression. The Deputy Commissioner, Muhammad Faheem, also joined the participants. Addressing the gathering, he said that the entire nation stands united with the armed forces and that the country’s sovereignty will not be compromised under any circumstances.
Meanwhile, Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP) held a rally on Saturday to show their strong support for the Pakistan Army and to protest against recent aggressive actions and statements by India. The rally began at the District Bar Club and ended at the Abbottabad Press Club. During the march, the lawyers chanted slogans in favor of the Pakistan Army.
The protesters condemned India’s behavior, calling it hostile and provocative. The lawyers also expressed that they firmly stand with the army and will continue to support it in every situation. The nationwide rallies in various cities to support the armed forces and against Indian aggression.
