On the directives of Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi, Control center has been activated at Interior Ministry office regarding Pak-India tension.
A special control center has been established to review the current Pak-India situation. The Ministry of Interior also has linked the Centre with provincial governments, including Safe City. All provincial governments, civil defense, and police departments are also attached with the control center. The Centre is coordinating with emergency agencies, PTA for immediate rescue operations.
Various developments were being observed from the control center regarding jammers and monitoring in the required areas.
Special transmissions of electronic media are also being monitored in the center. The control center is linked with federal and provincial institutions for threat alerts and timely action. The control center also has two special contact numbers and a wireless system.
