British High Commissioner (HC) in Pakistan Jean Marriott on Saturday appealed Pakistan and India to show restraint in their border conflict, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a statement, the British envoy urged Pakistan and India to solve their differences through diplomatic channels.
She further went on to saying that this dispute did not favour anyone. She expressed her reservations over safety of United Kingdom’s citizens living in Pakistan.
Jean Marriot asked the UK nationals to keep themselves update through social media and about travel advisory.
She said that British Consular team is available 24/7 for any help.
