In accordance with the directives of Punjab Sports Board Director General Hizer Afzal Chaudhry, open trials for the Punjab men’s and women’s weightlifting teams will be held to select participants for the upcoming 35th National Games, scheduled in Karachi from December 6 to 13.
The women’s trials are set for Wednesday, November 12, followed by the men’s trials on Thursday, November 13, at the National Weightlifting Club, Punjab Stadium.
Weigh-ins will be conducted from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, while the trials will begin at 10:00 AM sharp on both days.
The trials will be supervised by Rashid Nadeem Butt, Associate Secretary of the Punjab Weightlifting Association.
