Three dead bodies belonging to a Christian family were recovered from a house located within the limits of Police Station I-9 Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to police, the incident took place in Rimsha Colony where the bodies of a man, his son and daughter were recovered.
Police said the bodies appeared to be quite old and the cause of death was yet to be known.
Police officials were investigating whether the three were murdered or was there an accident.
Police officials said the deceased belonged to the Christian community.
A police forensic team collected evidence from the house.
