The Supreme Court (SC), with the approval of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Yahya Afridi, on Wednesday issued the notification for the appointment of District and Session Judge Peshawar Fakhar Zaman as Additional Registrar Admin for a one-year period, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Now Fakhar will receive 20 per cent basic pay as deputation allowance.
However, the maximum limit of this allowance has been fixed at Rs20,000 per month.
SC restores old court fees for registration of cases
Also on Wednesday, the SC issued a notification for charging old court fees for the registration of cases.
In its notification, the apex court said that the rules related to an increase in fees and security had been suspended, and now fees and security would be charged under the rules framed in 1980.
It is pertinent to mention here that the rules related to an increase in fees had been suspended at a full court meeting.
