Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) supremo Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday assured Pakistan Democratic Movement, an opposition parties’ alliance, head and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman that the PML-N would ensure implementation on whatever decisions to be taken at alliance’s huddle later today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Quoting sources, the channel reported that in a telephonic conversation with Fazl, Nawaz assured him that the PML-N would extend all possible help in this regard.
Sources further disclosed that opposition parties, at today’s meeting, were likely to agree on taking a tough stance against the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government by announcing rallies and mass gatherings.
