A male gastro patient was Thursday admitted to the gynaecological ward of City Hospital in Toba Tek Singh, thanks to the sheer negligence on part of the hospital management.
According to a report broadcasted by 24NewsHD TV channel, female patients expressed their anxiety after a male patient with gastroenteritis was admitted to the gynaecology ward of the hospital.
The Health Department officials turned out to be unaware about the presence of a male patient in the gynaecological ward.
The female patients and their attendants demanded that the male patient should be moved from the gynaecological ward to the ward concerned.
