A mortar shell was recovered from the main gate of Buner Government Degree College, Dagar Swari, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to police, the bomb disposal squad defused the mortal shell.
A case was registered against the unknown accused.
The district police officer (DPO), deputy superintendent of police (DSP) and station house officer (SHO) were present on the spot as the bomb disposal squad defused the bomb.
