Azerbaijan’s outgoing Ambassador to Pakistan, Khizr Farhadov, paid a farewell visit to Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif in Islamabad on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
During the meeting, Khawaja Asif appreciated the ambassador’s services and contributions towards strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan during his tenure.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing bilateral cooperation in the fields of defence and aviation.
The defence minister also expressed his best wishes to the outgoing ambassador for his future.
