Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited F-8 Jinnah Avenue Interchange Project in Islamabad and inspected the finishing work of the under-construction flyover, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
During his visit, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi gave deadline to complete the project 100 percent by February 18.
Mohsin Naqvi ordered that all the work of the project, especially the connection roads and horticulture should be completed soon.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met and talked to the workers engaged in the project who told that they are working on the project day and night.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the workers and urged them to work harder.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi orderered immediate removal of debris around the project saying there is no tolerance for negligence in the beautification work of the project.
Work on the connection roads under the flyover should be accelerated, Mohsin Naqvi directed.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Project Director gave a briefing on the progress of the project.
Federal Secretary Home Khurram Ali Agha, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, IG Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Memon, contractor and concerned officials were also present on the occasion.
