The National Information Technology Board (NITB) issued a cyber alert on Monday and said a malicious video named "Argentina" is circulating on social networking platform WhatsApp that shows how the COVID-19 curve is flattening in Argentina.

In a tweet, NITB cautioned consumers, “Do not open the link as it hacks your phone in 10 seconds and it cannot be stopped in any way.”
WhatsApp is a cross-platform messaging and Voice over IP service platform while National IT Board is an attached department of the Ministry of IT Pakistan.
