Due to severe fog blanketing various parts of the country, Pakistan Railways has revised the schedule of several trains departing from Lahore for Karachi and other destinations, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the revised timings, the Karakoram Express will now depart for Karachi at 6 pm, instead of its scheduled departure time of 3 pm, reflecting a delay of three hours.
Similarly, the Karachi Express, originally scheduled to leave Lahore at 6 pm, will now depart after a significant delay of 6 hours and 45 minutes, at 12:45 am.
Meanwhile, the Millat Express, which departs from Lala Musa for Karachi, will leave Faisalabad at 12:00 am, instead of its scheduled time of 5:50 pm, marking a delay of 6 hours and 10 minutes.
In addition, the Mianwali Express, scheduled to depart Lahore for Mianwali and onward connection to Karachi at 9:10 pm, will now leave at 11:45 pm, following a delay of 2 hours and 35 minutes.
Passengers have been advised to verify the updated schedule before heading to the stations, as dense fog continues to disrupt visibility and railway operations across the region.
