The government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Thursday, while withdrawing concessions given to the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), also decided to reactivate 177 FIRs registered against its leaders and workers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the government, as per an agreement it had reached with the JAAC on October 4, 2025, all issues had to be resolved through a committee and that a proper procedure had to be adopted for their resolution.
However, recent protests were a breach of that agreement, the government opines.
