The Punjab School Education Department has issued a notification regarding the transfer and posting of chief executive officers (CEO) of education in several districts of the province.
According to the notification issued by the Punjab School Education secretary, Tariq Mahmood, who was serving as CEO Education Rawalpindi, has been transferred and posted to Lahore. The department has appointed Yasin Khan as CEO Education Rawalpindi.
Meanwhile, Asif Mahmood has been posted CEO Education Wazirabad and Rashid Nazar Abbas has been appointed CEO Education Rajanpur.
In another appointment, Tanveer Ahmed has been posted CEO Education Jhang.
Officials from the School Education Department Punjab said that transfers and appointments have been made to improve administrative affairs and strengthen the education system across the province.
