Three people including a pedlar died while four labourers sustained injuries Wednesday after a three-storey under construction building collapsed on them in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to rescue sources, eight people including masons and labourers were there in the building when it collapsed.
Four of them were recovered from the rubble in critical condition while two others remained safe and sustained minor wounds. The remaining two were feared to be still under the rubble.
The incident took place in Shah Faisal Colony No 5 near Qadri Masjid. The rescue team recovered a dead body from the rubble which was of a pedlar who stood under the building.
