What can be termed a big news from the shipping industry, the largest cargo ship in the country’s history will dock at Karachi port tomorrow, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
400-meter long MSC MICOL will dock at South Asia Pakistan Terminal at 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
The capacity of the ship is 24,070 TEU.
It is hoped that the arrival of the ship will pave the way for global trade.
The vessel MSC MICOL (IMO 9931290, MMSI 636023098) is a Container Ship built in 2023 (2 years old) and currently sailing under the flag of Liberia.
