Hania Aamir expressed heartfelt gratitude to her Bangladeshi fans after receiving a warm welcome and overwhelming love during her much-talked-about visit to the country.
Taking to Instagram, the star shared a carousel of photos with the caption: “Bangladesh, thank you for your love, warmth and generosity. Thank you for the sweetest and most beautiful memories. Leaving a piece of my heart here. Until next time.”
Her post quickly went viral, with Bangladeshi fans flooding the comments section with love and admiration.
Among the responses, Ishrat Zaheen, a Bangladeshi beauty content creator, model, and actor, replied affectionately: “We love you back! And always remember to keep the rickshaw by your bedside table and think of me.”
Hania’s tour of Bangladesh became the centre of attention on social media and entertainment platforms, as fans eagerly followed her every move.
Hania landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport last month and instantly won hearts with a Facebook post written in Bengali:
“Assalamualaikum, Bangladesh, how are you?”
The post, adorned with Pakistani and Bangladeshi flags, went viral within hours, with thousands praising her warm gesture.
During her stay, Hania was spotted exploring Ahsan Manzil, the iconic Nawabbari palace in Dhaka.
Unlike many visiting celebrities, she travelled without a large entourage, opting for a low-key and humble approach that resonated deeply with locals.
According to reports, she was guided through the historic site by Namira Naeem, daughter of the famous 1990s film couple Naeem and Shabnaz, adding another layer of intrigue to her visit.
Hania also immersed herself in Dhaka’s street food culture, skipping luxury hotel dining in favour of local delicacies like jhalmuri and phuchka, spiced with Bangladesh’s fiery naga peppers.
Witnesses noted that she handled the heat with enthusiasm, winning even more hearts.
One of the highlights of her tour came during a public appearance where Hania surprised the crowd by speaking in Bangla.
Dressed in a dazzling black sequin outfit, she addressed the cheering fans, saying: “Rakin tume dekhte shundor” (meaning “You look very beautiful”).
The video went viral, sparking a fresh wave of appreciation from fans across both nations.
On Instagram, Hania continued to share glimpses of her trip, including elegant photos in a traditional saree paired with her signature dimpled smile.
Fellow actress Yashma Gill and hundreds of fans showered her with love in the comments.
