Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb called on Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi in Islamabad on Tuesday to discuss proposed legal reforms, reported 24NewsHDTV Chanel.
According to a statement issued by apex court’s registrar office, Chief Justice said that Alternative Dispute Resolution System has been introduced for timely resolution of tax-related disputes.
On the occasion, CJP reiterates importance of government’s support for further legal reforms. Federal Finance Minister appreciated judiciary's reform agenda and assured government's support in timely provision of resources for legal and constitutional reforms.
