Six more dengue cases reported in Rawalpindi

Six more dengue cases were reported in Rawalpindi after which the total number of patients including in Murree has reached to 58, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

According to the health department as many as 4475 people have been screened so far in the year 2025. 

A total of 30 cases have been reported in Rawalpindi district and 28 in Murree. However no loss of life has been reported so far and 11 patients are under treatment in hospitals. 

As many as 2288 cases have been registered for violation of dengue SOPs, 1257 buildings have been sealed and fines of more than Rs4.2 million have been imposed. 

The health department has appealed to the citizens to follow precautionary measures.
