The entry of heavy vehicles into Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be banned for 24 hours from midnight on August 13 to midnight on August 14, authorities said on Wendesday.
According to the traffic advisory, the restriction will come into effect at 12:00 am on August 13 and remain in place until 12:00 am on August 14.
The authorities have advised motorists and transporters to plan their journeys accordingly and obtain the latest information about the traffic situation before travelling.
