Accountability Court Lahore has given one-day physical remand of Pak Arab Housing Society owner Waqar Ahmed Khan on the request of NAB prosecution team, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Accountability Court Judge Nadeem Gulzar heard the case. NAB requested the physical remand of the accused Waqar Ahmad Khan.
During the hearing accused sought time to hand over his property to NAB. The prosecution team told the court that Waqar Ahmad Khan and Amar Ahmad Khan defrauded citizens of billions of rupees. Files were sold to the citizens but they were neither given plots and not their hard earned money was returned to them. The court was told that there are hundreds of victims of Pak Arab society.
