Four flights were cancelled and two delayed due to technical and operational reasons. These flights were scheduled to depart to various destinations from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
An AirSial flight PF145 which was scheduled to depart for Lahore from Karachi was cancelled while another flight of AirSial PF123 which was scheduled to depart for Islamabad was also cancelled.
An Emirates Airlines flight EK-609 was also cancelled. The flight was scheduled to arrive in Dubai from Karachi.
An Airblue flight PA-405 destined for Lahore from Karachi was also cancelled due to some technical issues.
PIA flight PK330 was delayed by two hours and will now depart at about 3 pm. The flight will reach Multan from Karachi.
Another PIA flight PK-503 was delayed by seven hours. The flight will now depart for Gwadar from Karachi at 2 pm.
