Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced to build medical, law and agriculture colleges in Mianwali, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a public gathering in Mianwali on Thursday, Maryam Nawaz also announced to launch Apna Khet, Apna Rozgar program next week.
Maryam Nawaz said 3 to 5 acres of land will be given to poor farmers under Apna Khet, Apna Rozgar programme.
Maryam Nawaz said along with free land, Kisan card will also be given for farming.
More than 21,000 tractors were given to farmers in two years, Maryam Nawaz said.
Maryam Nawaz said she will respond to the love, compassion and respect of the people of Mianwali with service. “I believe in practical steps, not in claims”, Maryam Nawaz said.
Maryam Nawaz said a person from Mianwali ruled for 4 years but there was no progress. Now do not vote for any fraudulent person, Maryam Nawaz said.
Maryam Nawaz said Punjab government believes in service and does not discriminate in any city.
Cleanliness and sanitation are done from one corner of the province to the other without discrimination under Suthra Punjab, Maryam Nawaz said.
Maryam Nawaz said during Ramazan about 4 million people across the province will be given Rs10,000 each under the Ramazan package.
“If we get three more years, we will change the destiny of Punjab,” Maryam Nawaz said.
