Hailey Baldwin Bieber has publicly denied claims that she reposted a viral TikTok attacking her marriage to Justin Bieber, after fans insisted they had evidence showing otherwise.

The controversy erupted when a video circulated online branding her a "tolerant co-dependent" married to a "mediocre, abusive addict," language aimed directly at the Canadian pop star.

Although Hailey said she never shared the clip, several social media accounts claimed they captured screenshots showing the video briefly appearing on and then disappearing from the 29-year-old Rhode founder’s TikTok reposts.

The video in question was posted last Thursday by TikTok user @bdr3391, who said: "Most long-term relationships that we romanticize and congratulate only work because the woman is a tolerant co-dependent. And when I say tolerant, I mean she tolerates mediocrity, abuse, doing the majority of domestic and emotional labor, in exchange for being in a relationship. And that is a contract that I am opting out of. There is no better example than Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber."

As the clip gained traction, comment sections filled with shocked reactions and memes. Among them were posts reading: "Hailey realizing she accidently reposted this" and "Hailey Bieber reposted... there's no waaay!"

Hailey responded by addressing the speculation directly on Instagram. She shared a photo of a cup of iced tea and wrote: "Hey, I know you guys who live on the internet are really bored, but I didn't repost any video speaking on my relationship. Have a beautiful Saturday!"

Hailey and Justin Bieber have been married for six years. They first met backstage at the TODAY Show in 2009, began dating in 2015, and reunited in 2018 just three months after Justin’s breakup with Selena Gomez.

The ongoing scrutiny around their marriage is something Hailey has spoken about before. In an interview with Vogue last year, she said: "People [are] like, "They're getting divorced" and "They're this and They're not happy": It is such a mindf***. I cannot even begin to explain it. It's a crazy life to live."

She added: "I feel like I've fought so hard to try to get people to understand me, or know who I am, or see me for me, and people just don't want to sometimes. And there's nothing you can do about that."

Continuing her reflection on public judgment, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin said: "I've been in a position where I've tried to tell my side of a story or correct a narrative or tell the truth of a lie and then they go, "Well, she's lying." Imagine how trapping that feels."

The couple, who reportedly have "full-time help," have also shared that they want their 16-month-old son, Jack Blues, "to have siblings."

Professionally, Hailey has had a major year. Last May, the Arizona-born entrepreneur sold her skincare and cosmetics brand for $1 billion to e.l.f. Cosmetics. She remains with the company as its chief creative officer and head of innovation.

Justin Bieber has also made headlines of his own. Rolling Stone reported in September that the 31-year-old singer secured a record-breaking $10 million deal directly with Goldenvoice to headline the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California this April. According to reports, weekend passes for the festival sold out in just three days.
