Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malkiy on Monday called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar at the Foreign Ministry in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During the meeting, both took up a raft of issues and matters of mutual interests.
They discussed full gamut of bilateral ties and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen already existing fraternal relations across all sectors, a press release issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson in Islamabad said.
According to reports, Saudi Arabia had also played a role in brokering a ceasefire between Pakistan and India during their recent conflict.
