Managing Director Tourism Development Cooperation of Punjab (TDCP) Asim Raza visited Kashmir Point Hiking Track in Murree and reviewed ongoing development schemes, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
During his visit, Asim Raza set target to complete the project to modernize Kashmir Point Adventure Track in four months.
Asim Raza said that as per the instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab, Murree is being made a tourist city of international standard, where work is going on rapidly on modern tourism projects without affecting the natural beauty.
Asim Raza directed that this project should be developed in a modern and attractive manner while maintaining the natural environment.
He said that the tracks will include elements related to recreational activities for the convenience of tourists.
Asim Raza said gazebos, decks, sculptures, tucked-away shops, suspension bridges, climbing walls and other recreational activity elements will be included in the project.
Tourists coming to Murree will enjoy this new adventure track to the fullest, because before this there was no regular track of modern standard here.
