Chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi Muhammad Adnan Khan has announced the postponement of the Matriculation Second Annual 2025 English paper in Jhelum district due to the prevailing law and order situation.
According to the announcement, the decision was made on the request of the Deputy Commissioner Jhelum, and applies to both morning and evening shifts scheduled for the exam.
Chairman Adnan Khan stated that the new date for the postponed paper will be announced later. However, he confirmed that examinations in all other districts of the Rawalpindi division — including Attock, Chakwal, Rawalpindi, Talagang, and Murree — will be held as per the original schedule.
He advised all candidates to reach their allotted examination centres on time and follow official updates from the board regarding the revised schedule for Jhelum.
