The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) has decided to lease out some of its properties to boost up the country’s tourism industry, 24News HD TV channel reported on Sunday.
This was disclosed by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Sayed Zulfi Bukhari in a tweet on Sunday.
He attached a photo of the ad released by the PTDC General Manager (Motels) to attract the investors in his tweet in which some of the properties' details are mentioned.
Mostly the property belonged to Gilgit-Biltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir are being leased out from the corporation.
Zulfi Bukhari said in his tweet that it was a good window to invest and get benefits from the return of post-covid tourism.
He said the PTDC was leasing out some of its most iconic properties with breathtaking views.
