Pakistan’s national bodybuilding team has reached Bangkok to take part in the Mr and Ms Universe Bodybuilding Championship, scheduled to be held in Pattaya, Thailand, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.
The 12-member squad, comprising seven athletes and five officials, arrived eight hours late due to a delayed flight but is now set to begin preparations for the international contest.
According to officials, Pakistani bodybuilders will participate in a wide range of categories, including Masters, Seniors, Juniors, Men’s Classic, and Men’s Physique.
The athletes are expected to showcase their strength and skill from tomorrow till September 15, competing against some of the world’s finest bodybuilders.
The championship has drawn massive international participation, with more than 100 athletes from 25 countries, including India, scheduled to take part.
Pakistani competitors are determined to put on a strong performance and aim to bring glory to the nation on the global bodybuilding stage.
