Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz may have renewed their wedding vows in a lavish celebration earlier this month, but the star-studded guest list notably excluded almost his entire family,  including parents David and Victoria Beckham and brothers Romeo and Cruz.

The August 2 ceremony, which reportedly hosted 200 guests, was missing all of Brooklyn’s immediate family as well as his sister Harper, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. According to The Mirror, they only learned about the vow renewal through online reports.

Sources close to the couple claim Brooklyn’s brothers were specifically left out due to ongoing tensions and what has been described as ‘online trolling’.

“Brooklyn’s brothers have been fanning the flames… they’ve openly made fun of and trolled Brooklyn in comments on social media,” a friend alleged.

Earlier this year, Cruz, 20, appeared to take another swipe at his elder brother by posting a cryptic message saying “the truth would unfold” amid the family’s strained relations. He later uploaded a video of himself playing the guitar, attracting thousands of likes but also a wave of trolling comments.

One user mocked Brooklyn’s frequent career changes,  from modelling to photography to cooking and now Formula E racing, asking Cruz if he planned to change jobs like his brother. Cruz reportedly replied: “Wrong brother mate,” which fans interpreted as a pointed jab.

Romeo, 22, has also been linked to lighthearted but public teasing of his brother online, which insiders say contributed to the rift.

While it remains unclear why the comments were taken so seriously, the feud has fueled speculation that Nicola, 30, has played a role in distancing Brooklyn from his family. She has previously faced accusations of “isolating” him from both relatives and friends.

The absence of the Beckhams from such a significant event marks another visible sign of the deepening divide between the two families, who were once known for their close public appearances.
