PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi has filed bail appeal in four May 9 cases, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The court has issued the notice to prosecution on the bail plea of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The court has directed the prosecution to complete proofs and adjourned the hearing till 20th August. Anti-Terrorism Court Admin Judge Manzir Ali Gul conducted the hearing.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi was given clean chit in three cases related to May 9 attack and court had allowed his release if he was not involved in any other cases. Qureshi has filed bail against case of burning police vehicles near the Jinnah House, near Zaman Park and Mughalpura area.
