Pakistani TikToker Syed Shahbaz Bukhari, popularly known as Shaizi, has called out Umer Butt over his remarks about YouTuber Rajab Butt, adding another twist to the ongoing social-media discussion surrounding Rajab’s personal and family matters.
The controversy comes after Umer Butt criticised Rajab Butt for discussing his private family issues and reported separation from his wife, Eman Rajab, on social media. Umer urged Rajab to keep personal matters away from the public eye, adding his own opinion to the growing discussion around the situation.
Shaizi responded by referring to Umer’s past controversy involving Jannat Mirza. In a statement circulated by social-media pages, he said, “Pehly aap Madam Mirza ki wajah se chal rahay thay aur ab aik saal se Rajab Butt ke naam par chal rahay ho, aur keh mujhy rahay ho ke maine Rajab se views leta hoon.”
Which translate to, “First, you were getting attention because of Madam Mirza, and now for the past year you have been running on Rajab Butt’s name, yet you are accusing me of taking views from Rajab.”
With the remark, Shaizi appeared to turn Umer’s criticism back on him, questioning whether it was fair to accuse others of using Rajab’s name for views while, in his view, Umer has also remained part of discussions involving the YouTuber.
Shaizi’s statement has added another angle to the wider debate over how social-media personalities deal with personal controversies. While Umer has argued that family matters should remain private, Shaizi’s response focuses on the role that such controversies play in generating online attention and engagement.
The disagreement comes as Rajab Butt and Eman Rajab’s reported separation continues to attract discussion across social media. Their personal matters have increasingly become a topic of public conversation, with several internet personalities and viewers sharing their opinions.
Rajab Butt and Umer Butt have also had disagreements in the past, making Shaizi’s latest remarks part of a longer-running series of tensions between personalities in Pakistan’s social-media space.
