The annual elections of Karachi Bar Association (KBA), which were scheduled to be held on February 14, 2026 (tomorrow) were postponed again, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The Pakistan Bar Council said “Elections will not be held without the verification of the voters' list.”
A petition was filed in the court by Mumtaz Khan Tanoli in this regard.
In the petition, the petitioner stated that a list was already forwarded to the Auditor General for verification, but it has not received back.
It is necessary to mention here that the elections of the Karachi Bar Association had already been postponed twice.
