Nazish Jahangir bade an emotional farewell to her latest drama, Mafadparast, which concluded on a happy note. Taking to Instagram, she shared a carousel of images donning a bridal dress, celebrating her character’s wedding, and wrote:

“Finally, Zara got married to Haddi! Thank you for being part of Mafadparast’s journey, for loving, supporting, appreciating, and even criticizing. Every reaction meant so much.

"You’ve always said, ‘Do positive characters,’ so I hope Zara served the emotional ‘rona dhona’ well and lived up to your expectations. Grateful for all the love and feedback throughout! See you soon in some other character, Inshallah.”

Nazish’s heartfelt message highlighted her gratitude toward fans for following Zara’s journey, from emotional struggles to a joyful conclusion.

She expressed how much the audience’s reactions, both positive and critical, meant to her.

Nazish played the protagonist, Zara, and shared these images to celebrate the “happy ending” for her character.

Throughout the series, Zara faced significant emotional turmoil, including betrayal by her cousin Mehroo and Hadi’s initial refusals of love.

Her shots feature her in a heavily embellished gold and ivory pishwas (traditional bridal gown) from the finale’s wedding sequence, symbolising the character’s eventual peace and happiness.

Apart from Mafadparast, Nazish Jahangir is known for her television roles as Zoya in Thais, Faiza in Tohmat, Nimra in Kam Zarf, and Shameela in Kahin Deep Jaley. She made her TV debut in 2017 with Bharosa and has since appeared in several dramas, including Alif, Allah Aur Insaan, Beparwah, Teri Behisi, Saraab, and Meray Mohsin.

Nazish also made her film debut in 2022 opposite Sami Khan in Lafangay and later appeared in the 2024 romantic comedy Poppay Ki Wedding alongside Khushhal Khan. She has received a nomination for Best Emerging Talent in TV at the Lux Style Awards, cementing her status as one of Pakistan’s rising television stars.
