Three members of a family lost their lives, and another seriously injured during a firing incident in Karachi due to personal enmity early Friday morning, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
The firing incident took place in a house at Qadri Stop, Musharraf Colony in Karachi. The deceased were a couple and their son. They were identified as 60-year-old Abid Ali, 50-year-old Maryam and 20-year-old Zohaib.
The injured was named as 35-year-old Fatima, who came as a guest in the house.
Soon after the incident, a heavy contingent of police rushed to the site which collected evidence from the crime scene.
Earlier, on February 12, 2026, a 16-year-old boy was gunned down over an old enmity in Karachi.
The teen identified as Ayan was in his house when unidentified men opened fire, killing him on the spot.
According to police, the murder may be the outcome of a personal vendetta, saying investigations into the case would reveal the exact reason for the murder.
The body was sent to the hospital for a medicolegal procedure. Police were collecting forensic evidence and recording statements from the family members of the victim to reach out to the killers, who escaped after the firing.
