Intra court appeal has been filed in Islamabad High Court against judge Nasir Javed Rana who had given verdict in 190 millions pound case against PTI founder Imran Khan, reported 24News HD TV Channel.
Islamabad High Court will hear the intra court appeal tomorrow. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Asif will hear the intra-court appeal tomorrow. The single bench had dismissed the petition to declare the appointment of Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana null and void and to restrain him from working.
The petitioner Usama Riaz filed an intra-court appeal against the decision of the single bench. In the light of the Supreme Court's observation of 2004, the appointment has been declared null and void and he has been stopped from working. In the intra-court appeal, the decision of Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar has been declared null and void.
