A man threw the dead body of his wife into a well after brutally killing her in Peshawar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The incident took place in the jurisdiction of the Armour Police Station, Peshawar.
Later, residents of the area informed Rescue 1122 and local police about the incident.
Soon after receiving the report, Rescue 1122 rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body of the woman from the well and shifted it to a local hospital for an autopsy.
Police, after registering a case of murder against the accused, started an investigation.
