The price of kerosene oil has been increased by Rs1.49 per litre, 24NewsHD TV reported.
According to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), the price of kerosene has risen to Rs282.19 per litre, up from the previous Rs280.70 per litre.
The notification stated that the increase has come into effect immediately from Friday.
The latest adjustment follows another significant increase announced last week, when the price of kerosene was raised by Rs8.70 per litre.
